Technology Use Agreement

We have read and discussed the following three policies regarding technology, its proper use and responsible care. Responsible Technology Use Policy Electronic Device User Agreement - Student and agree to abide by their terms and conditions. We understand that violation of the provisions stated in the policies may result in limitation, suspension, or revocation of network privileges, and/or other disciplinary action by the school or by legal authorities. We understand that access is designed for educational purposes. We also recognize that, although CCID has appropriate filters, access to all controversial materials on a worldwide network cannot be controlled, and we will not hold CCID responsible for materials acquired on the network. As the Parent/Guardian of this Student, I give my permission to allow access to electronic information resources for my child.
